Stage 1 · Assessment
Pool size, equipment and current condition.
Four services under one written agreement, for residential and small commercial pools.
A fixed service day means you know when we've been and can see the result. Every visit covers the physical cleaning and the baskets, and you get a short note — what was done, what the water tested at, and anything that needs attention.
Pool size, equipment and current condition.
Visit frequency, scope and fee in writing.
Same day each week.
A note after every visit.
Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabiliser.
Dosed to the readings, per product label.
Readings recorded each visit.
Patterns flagged before they become problems.
Chemistry drifts with weather, bather load and rainfall, so dosing on a schedule rather than on readings wastes chemicals and still lets the water turn. We test at every visit, adjust to the numbers, and log the readings so a pattern is visible over weeks.
Equipment gives warning before it fails — noise, pressure, run time. We check it on every visit, clean or backwash filters on schedule, and handle minor repairs. Major equipment replacement, electrical work and structural repair go to licensed contractors, and we'll tell you plainly when that's the case.
Pump, filter pressure, timer and flow.
Filter cleaned or backwashed on schedule.
Quoted and carried out within our scope.
Licensed contractor where the work requires one.
Preparation where warning allows.
Debris removed and chemistry corrected.
Checked for damage.
Monitored until the water holds.
Florida weather is the main variable. We prepare pools ahead of a storm where there's time, and handle the recovery afterwards — debris, chemistry and equipment — which is when most pools are lost to algae for a fortnight.
