Florida · Residential and small commercial pools

Clear water,
and a reason why.

A pool that's green on Thursday wasn't fine on Monday. Weekly service that actually tests the water catches the shift early, which is cheaper than correcting it after it turns.

How we work

A Florida company that knows its limits

D&S LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations. Insurance details are available on request before service begins.

We clean and maintain pools. We don't do work requiring a licensed pool or electrical contractor — resurfacing, structural repair, major equipment replacement and electrical work all go to licensed contractors, and we'll tell you honestly when you've reached that point. Barriers, gates, alarms and supervision remain the pool owner's responsibility.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

What's included in a weekly visit?

Skimming, brushing, vacuuming as needed, baskets emptied, water tested and balanced, and equipment checked — with a note left afterwards. It's stated in the agreement so there's no ambiguity.

My pool turned green. Can you fix it?

Usually, and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a clean-up or a drain-and-refill situation. Recovery is quoted separately from regular service.

Do you repair pumps and heaters?

Minor repairs, yes. Major equipment replacement and electrical work go to licensed contractors — we'll identify the problem and refer you.

How are chemicals charged?

Stated in the agreement — either included in the monthly fee or billed at cost. You'll know which before you sign anything.

Do I need to be home?

No, provided we have gate access. Tell us about dogs, codes and locked gates up front.

Can I cancel?

Yes, on the notice stated in the agreement. No long tie-ins.
